Eligibility
Who Is Eligible for an Aarohan Scholarship
Aarohan is a merit-cum-means scholarship: support is based on academic performance and financial need together. Before an application is assessed, it must meet every one of the following.
The Eligibility Gate
- Academic marks: Minimum 60% (or equivalent CGPA) in your most recent qualifying examination.
- Family income: Annual family income below ₹5,00,000, supported by valid income proof.
- Institution: Currently enrolled in a recognised school or college, in an eligible class or course.
- Documents: All required documents complete, legible and consistent.
- Genuine application: Not a duplicate submission, and free of falsified documents.
Eligible Stages
- Secondary Education: Classes X, XI and XII.
- Undergraduate Education: Recognised undergraduate programmes.
Meeting these criteria does not guarantee selection. Eligible applications are assessed together on a shared merit-and-need standard. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
